Rapid Feedback is not a review site. Feedback submitted through our platform goes to the business that requested it, not to any public directory or third-party platform.
Your use of this platform
By submitting a feedback form, you confirm that your responses are honest and relate to a genuine experience with the business in question. You agree not to submit false, abusive, or defamatory content.

Rapid Feedback provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for how individual businesses use or act upon the feedback they receive.
