Rapid Feedback is a feedback collection platform built for local service businesses.

We help HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, contractors, and other local service businesses do something simple but important: ask their customers how things went.

Most small businesses don't have an easy way to collect structured feedback after a job. Rapid Feedback gives them a simple link they can send after a service visit. Customers click it, answer a few quick questions, and the business hears back directly.
